Hallo,
Ik ben op zoek naar een Satel Integra specialist voor het onderstaande probleem. De oplossing lijkt een firmware upgrade van de keypad van v2.12 naar v2.15.
Wie zou dit kunnen doen en wat zijn de (geschatte) kosten?

Hello,
I have got 2 separate Satel alarms, one in each building and every alarm has a single keypad.
[1] One keypad has red text for the word INTEGRA on the keypad and has version 2.12, and
[2] one keypad has black text for the word INTEGRA on the keypad and has version 2.15
[1]
The INT-KLCDR keypad with proximity (version 2.12) has issues with the volume. Any changes to the keypad volume in DLOADX are not used/accepted by the keypad itself. In DLOADX it is possible to configure the alarm system by using the Service Mode code. Through the keypad itself it appears not to be possible as it does not accept the service mode code and it appears not to be possible to enter service mode through the keypad. It does accept the manager code
This keypad has RED letters for the word INTEGRA on the keypad itself
Satel Integra 32 mainboard version v1.15
ETHM-1 module version 2.03
ACU-100 module version 5.02
DLOADX version 1.16.005

Problems with keypad [1] (Keypad [2] is working fine!)
* the volume of the keypad is so low, you cannot hear it
* adjusting the volume through DLOADX and committing the settings, the keypad does not take over the new settings (while with keypad [2] it does work as expected!)
* typing the service code + * does not do anything while it should. (while with keypad [2] it does work as expected!) (typing the manager code does work)
* It looks as if it is not possible to put the keypad in service mode, even after enabling service mode and configuring the maximum time the service admin can use it (while with keypad [2] it does work as expected!)
Do you think these problems can be solved by upgrading the firmware of the keypad [1] from v2.12 to v2.15?
Can the firmware of the keypad [1] be upgraded from v2.12 to v2.15?
Can YOU perform this update? If yes, can this be done remotely or do you need to do this locally?
PS: through my PC and teamviewer you would be able to access the alarm system. I also have a cable to connect the PC directly to the alarm
Either way, what are the costs for resolving this?
Thank you
Best regards,
Jorge
